Description
This course offers mature students an alternative route to university or work related training. You may choose to study during the day or in the evening, full or part time. The course is at A Level standard and you also have the opportunity to study for GCSEs in English and Maths. Your skills will be developed to help you return to studying and progress to university. The Access course helps you to overcome the barriers to higher education you may have experienced, from physical disability to language difficulties to a lack of formal qualifications from your school days.
What will I Learn?

Subject areas available include: Biology (Thursday evening provision also available), Chemistry, English Literature, History, Law, Mathematics, Psychology and Sociology.

What are the Entry Requirements?

Applicants to be aged 19 or over and have the ability to work at level 2 in English..  A satisfactory reference, initial assessment and interview.

A combination of exams and coursework
What are the Costs?
