Description

This course will build confidence and ability in a range of routines and clerical duties typical of those an employer would give you e.g. word processing, filing, dealing with visitors, telephone skills. NVQ qualification is gained by continuous assessment.

What will I Learn?

In addition to working towards an NVQ in Administration there is opportunity to develop skills and achieve qualifications in Communications, Numeracy, IT, touch-typing, word processing and PowerPoint.

What are the Entry Requirements?

An initial assessment indicating ability to work at Literacy Entry Level 3.

Continuous assessment and external examinations.
